Sorry, there are no options for creating/ordering a custom color pacifier clip and teether. The only colors that are available are on the pacifier and teether pages. We will be offering new colors as limited editions throughout the year.
Can I order a pacifier clip to match the Bee Loved teether?

I have a special occasion coming up, can I expedite my order?

All orders are processed then shipped within 3-5 business days. Our pacifier clips and teethers are hand made with extra love and normally take about 3-4 days to make. If you need it sooner, send us an email at info@coocute.com and we will do our best to accommodate.

Lost packages must be reported within 7 days of the marked delivery date.
If your order was marked as delivered but it is not at the shipping location, we suggest verifying the shipping address on your order. If this is correct, check all possible locations around your home, apartment, or office and see if someone else accepted the delivery.
Please wait 3 business days for your package to arrive after the delivery notification. If your order does not arrive within this time frame, please reach out to us at info@coocute.com!

What is your return/exchange policy?

For hygienic reasons, all of our pacifier clips and teethers are final sale and not eligible for refund or exchange.
All other products:

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase of any other products within 7 days of delivery your product can be returned and refunded. No exchanges.

Safety
Our personalized pacifier clips and teether rings go through toy safety testing conducted by an accredited materials testing lab in the US and to adhere to the ASTM F963-17 safety regulations for toys and compliant to CPSC, CPSIA and the CCPSA toy standard in Canada. They are torqued, pulled and drop tested to ensure they are safe.

We also ensure our silicone has been tested to be non-toxic and free of : BPA, lead, PVC, mercury, metals, phthalates and cadmium.

Can any of/beads come off?
​
Our pacifier clips and teethers are all secured with concealed knots.
How do I sanitize my clip?
​
DO NOT STERILIZE your clip! Silicone is naturally antimicrobial, washing with warm soapy water thoroughly is sufficient to clean it. DO NOT BOIL or MICROWAVE your clip!

Warranty
We provide 30 day warranty from the time of order if the items are defective. We do not provide warranty on normal wear and tear or misuse of the product. PLEASE follow cleaning instructions on the packaging and refer to our safety and care page for more information. -link Our warranty is nullified if care instructions are not followed.

Due to the wear and tear on the metal clip of the pacifier clip, we recommended replacing our pacifier clips every 2-3 months. For hygienic reasons, we also recommend you alternate teethers every 1-2 months, for For hygienic reasons.

OUR PACIFIER CLIPS & TEETHERS CANNOT BE STERILIZED. DO NOT BOIL or MICROWAVE your clip! DO NOT submerge the wooden pacifier clip or wooden teether in water or allow them to get super wet for a long time.
Care
The wood beads/ring are starting to look dull, what do I do?

If your wood beads start to look dull over time, you can simply rub them with a 50/50 mixture of organic beeswax and olive oil or coconut oil. Simply wipe on, leave it for a couple hours until soaked in, and wipe off any excess.
The wood beads/ring feel dry to touch, what to do?

The wood may feel dry to touch where it has been wet over time, this can be easily fixed by treating the wood beads and ring with organic beeswax and olive oil or coconut oil. Simply wipe on, leave it for a couple hours until soaked in, and wipe off any excess.
