My Order Was Marked As Delivered- But Where is it?
Lost packages must be reported within 7 days of the marked delivery date.
If your order was marked as delivered but it is not at the shipping location, we suggest verifying the shipping address on your order and check all possible locations around your home, apartment, or office and see if someone else accepted the delivery.
Please wait 3 business days for your package to arrive after the delivery notification. If your order does not arrive within this time frame, please reach out to us at firstname.lastname@example.org and we will find a solution!
Coocute is not responsible for incorrect shipping addresses or shipping information. It is the customer's responsibility to provide a correct and accurate shipping address and information. Any charges incurred by Coocute to reroute a shipment or make an address correction will be the responsibility of the customer.

We provide a 30 day warranty from time of purchase, if the items are defective. We do not provide a warranty on wear and tear or misuse of the product. Please follow the care and cleaning instructions that come with your Coocute Travel Duo Set. Our warranty does not apply if the product care instructions were not followed.
To be eligible for a return for damaged or defective product, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging with the tag still intact.
